Welcome to PathClips. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our professional image editing services including clipping path, background removal, retouching, and related solutions.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, submitting files, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

PathClips provides professional image editing services for ecommerce businesses, photographers, and agencies, including:

• Clipping Path
• Background Removal
• Drop Shadow
• Ghost Mannequin
• Image Masking
• Multi Clipping Path
• Photo Retouching
• Vector Conversion

We offer up to two (2) free trial images for new business clients. Trial requests must include valid contact information.

• Per-project billing
• Weekly billing
• Monthly billing for approved clients
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices may be issued per project, weekly, or monthly.
• Late payments may result in delayed delivery of future orders.
• PathClips reserves the right to suspend services for overdue invoices.

All work is delivered for client review before payment. Errors or omissions related to the original instructions will be corrected free of charge. Additional editing requests or changes outside the original scope of work may incur additional charges.

Clients retain ownership of all original images submitted to PathClips.

PathClips receives a limited license to edit and process those files solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Ownership of the edited images and deliverables remains with the client, subject to the applicable payment terms agreed between the client and PathClips.

Due to the nature of digital image editing services, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

PathClips is committed to resolving quality concerns through revisions and corrections whenever possible.

Client data and images are handled securely and are never shared with third parties except where required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of updates.

PathClips treats all client images, files, and business information as confidential. Files are only accessed by authorized team members involved in service delivery and are never sold or shared with third parties.
