Privacy Policy

CPO Experts Ltd. is the controller of personal information collected directly through the PathClips website and during delivery of our services. This policy applies to visitors, prospective customers, clients, and authorized representatives of client organizations.

A payment provider may act as a separate or independent controller for information it collects during checkout. Its own privacy notice will apply to that processing.

Clients retain ownership of their original images and other project materials. You grant PathClips a limited permission to access, copy, edit, transmit, and store those materials only as needed to perform the requested service, provide quality control, deliver files, and respond to support or revision requests.

We do not sell client images or use them in advertising, portfolios, training examples, or public work samples without the client's prior permission. Authorized personnel and approved service providers may access files only when required for their work and subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

Clients are responsible for having the rights and lawful authority to submit all uploaded content, including any personal information shown in an image.

When online payment is offered, PathClips may use 2Checkout, a Verifone company, or another provider identified at checkout. Depending on the payment arrangement, that provider may process the transaction, perform fraud and identity checks, or act as merchant of record. It may collect contact, billing, device, transaction, and payment-method information directly from you.

PathClips generally receives an order reference, customer and billing details, purchased service information, payment status, and fraud or refund status—not complete card credentials. Processing performed by 2Checkout is governed by the 2Checkout Privacy Policy and the terms displayed during checkout.

We do not sell or rent personal information or client files.

We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to:

• Hosting, cloud storage, file transfer, authentication, email, support, and security providers.
• Payment processors, merchants of record, banks, card networks, and fraud-prevention providers.
• Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel.
• Government bodies or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety.
• A successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, revision support, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.

Retention depends on the type of record, the client relationship, contractual commitments, backup cycles, and applicable law. Project files may be deleted from active systems after operational and support needs end. You may ask about or request deletion of specific files, subject to legal, security, backup, and dispute-related requirements.
